We can only advise you on additional stop charges at the time it is requested. As every situation can be different, there are no set guidelines or rates that would be applicable for all itinerary changes.

In instances where your chartered vehicle is travelling a significant distance away from home, or where your group is embarking on a multi-day tour, it may be feasible for the driver to stay with your group. Normally this is when the driver will require accommodation and meals at your cost. In this situation you may choose to supply your driver with meals and accommodation you have arranged, or we can provide this for you at an additional cost.

If accommodation for the driver is required, drivers must have their own room and that room must have a minimum rating of 3.5 stars.

Yes. Larger touring coaches have luggage bins underneath the vehicle that can hold passenger bags. Most charter buses and low-floor buses generally do not have luggage bins. In regards to airport transfers, we advise that you book a coach instead of a chartered bus and any excess luggage must be discussed in detail with our booking staff to verify luggage needs/requirements.
